The City of Sierra Madre has released the Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) for the proposed Ginkgo Stonehouse Residential Project (Tentative Tract Map No. 65348), located at 935 & 965 East Grand View Avenue. The DEIR is available for public review and comment from July 15 through August 29, 2025, at 5:00 PM, in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).

Project Location: Northeastern Sierra Madre, near East Grand View Avenue 935 & 965 East Grand View Avenue.

Project Description: Proposed development of nine single-family homes on approximately nine acres, with four acres designated as non-buildable open space.
Environmental Topics with Mitigation: Biological Resources, Cultural Resources, Geology/Soils, Hazards, and Tribal Cultural Resources.
