Message from the Director
It is a privilege to serve the Sierra Madre community. I bring over 30 years of experience in municipal engineering, project management, and infrastructure delivery to this role. My focus is on ensuring that our city remains a safe, resilient, and well-maintained place for all residents.
The Public Works and Utility Services Department provides efficient and effective Operation, Maintenance, Repair, and Replacement of Water and Wastewater systems. We also manage Public Facilities, Parks, Streets, and Storm Drain systems.
By combining technical oversight with sound fiscal responsibility, we are committed to providing reliable municipal services that meet the needs of Sierra Madre today and in the future.
