Lima Street Construction Begins August 6: Grandview Avenue to Carter Avenue

Public Works Notice

Construction on the Lima Street Water Main Replacement Project will begin Thursday, August 6, on Lima Street between Grandview Avenue and Carter Avenue.

Work will generally occur Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mainline installation is expected to take approximately two weeks.

Residents should expect temporary No Parking areas, driveway access restrictions, traffic controls, and No Through Traffic signs near the active work zone. Pedestrian and emergency access will be maintained.

Motorists who do not live in the immediate area should use an alternate route.

The Ginkgo Stonehouse Residential Project (TTM No. 65348) proposes a Vesting Tentative Tract Map (TTM) that would allow for the development of 9 single-family residential lots on approximately 9 acres of land.
