Restoration and Drainage Work
The Los Angeles Conservation Corps performed targeted vegetation and weed abatement, constructed north and south naturalized bioswales and drainage channels, trimmed four trees, placed rock and boulders, and completed mobilization and site cleanup.
- Targeted vegetation and weed removal within approximately 22,250 square feet.
- Construction of two naturalized bioswale basins and associated drainage channels.
- Trimming of four trees.
- Rock placement, limited grading and stabilization, cleanup, and related restoration work.
Irrigation Improvements
Mariposa Landscapes installed irrigation improvements under a separate City agreement. The scope included a backflow preventer and pressure regulator, remote-control valves and controller improvements, quick couplers, hose bibbs, elevated rotor heads, trenching, irrigation lines, and related installation work.
